KIVERN

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 26, 2026

Kivern is designed to operate locally on the Mac and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal or usage data.

The app stores preferences, active-session state, and session history on the device. This information remains on the Mac. History can be deleted in the app, and all of it is removed along with the app and its local data.

Kivern may deliver local completion notifications when enabled. Permission is controlled by macOS. The app does not use remote notifications.

TXT, CSV, and JSON exports are created only when the user chooses to export and selects a location through the standard macOS save panel. The app does not send these files to any server.

The app contains no advertising, trackers, analytics, or third-party SDKs and performs no tracking across apps or websites.

Because the app sends no data to us, there is no app data to request for deletion: everything stays on your Mac, under your control.

If you write to support, your email address and message are used only to reply. To have that conversation deleted, just ask at the same address.

The kivern.app website uses no cookies or analytics. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data, such as IP addresses, only to deliver the pages.

If this policy changes, the published version will be updated with a new effective date.
